Device band selection for network compatibility
M2M/Iot devices (modules, modems, routers, etc) and attached antennas must support at least one of the following frequency bands to operate on Spark's mobile network with a M2M One NZ SIM:
3G/WCDMA/UMTS bands
3G devices are typically configured to support multiple bands:
- Dual band (850/2100 MHz)
- Tri-band (850/900/2100 MHz)
- Quad-band (850/900/1900/2100 MHz)
- Penta-band (850/900/1700/1900/2100 MHz)
4G/LTE bands- 4G 1800 MHz (Band 3)
 
- 4G 700 MHz (APT Band 28)
