Does my SIM card have a PIN?

By default M2M One SIM cards do not have a PIN code enabled. If required we can supply PIN codes, then your device or application can use the AT+CLCK command (Facility Lock) to enable SIM PIN.

Tech Tip

The following AT command is used to query SIM status:

AT+CPIN?
+CPIN: <code>
OK

Example:

Mobile equipment is not waiting for SIM PIN:

AT+CPIN?
+CPIN: READY
OK
